Health law newsletter
The Health Law Institute provides a Health Law newsletter. It provides you with records of the Health Law newsletter published twice a month since January 1st 2006. You are able to search the records using keywords.
Access is subject to an annual subscription which will also provide an unlimited access to the updated regulatory database.
You can subscribe online. The annual fee is 200 euros including tax.
Subscription is free if:
- You are a member of Paris Descartes University;
- You are a student (access to the database and Health Law newsletter is available from the IDS’s Office).This subscription will be effective after we receive your cheque, which should be made payable to AGENT COMPTABLE DE l’UNIVERSITE PARIS DESCARTES. It should be sent to the Health Law Institute, 45, rue des Saints Pères, 75270 Paris Cedex 06.
Nonetheless, if you are not a subscriber, the Health Law Institute can provide you with access to any Law cases. You will be charged 50 euros per request. The Institute will provide you with the document after receiving your payment.
